Dragsholm Slot - Relais & Châteaux is searching for a sommelier, or waiter with extended wine knowledge, to join the castle’s Michelin-starred restaurant.
Dragsholm Slot, located in beautiful Odsherred, is searching for a full-time sommelier or waiter to join the team. The castle is set in a busy estate, which is always evolving; therefore, we are looking to expand our team.
The castle operates as a hotel with several restaurant concepts. These include banqueting & conferences; Dragsholm Slot Food House with a café and a lively, informal lunch restaurant; The Bistro with a smaller a la carte menu and lastly the gourmet restaurant Dragsholm Slot Gourmet, where you get the full castle experience. The latter of these has held a Michelin star since 2017.
Dragsholm Slot became a member of the renowned hotel and restaurant guide Relais & Châteaux in 2018. Relais & Châteaux is a guide consisting of 580 unique estates around the world that are all passionate about their craft, service, and lasting relationships with their guests.

Your profile:
- You are educated from, or have experience working in, gourmet restaurants
- You are physically fit, willing, and able to work in a demanding environment
- You work in an organized manner and have an eye for fine details
- You have a strong interest in working with food & wine, and have an open mind for our cuisine
- You enjoy working as part of a large team with high ambitions
- You are also capable of motivating yourself to work independently
- You are prepared to work at a countryside location, and are aware of the longer distances to and from work, if you are not using our housing opportunities.
Our ultimate responsibility is to take the best possible care of our guests. We do this with a flair for hosting, by utilizing our craft, and by providing dedicated and nuanced service. You will be an ambassador for Dragsholm Slot - Relais & Châteaux, and should take pride and ownership in your role here.
